    i guess i will but snatching isnt really my thing, i cant drop under without either A) falling back or B) knees going first.

    which vids? and thanks for the compliments Im still 11 stone (154lbs) @ 5ft 6. Hardly any body fat, so I know I can bulk and not gain too much fat . 180lbs is what i'd like to be at, with the same bodyfat as now.

    Just eating eating eating and revising for GCSE exams.......

    Although I went into the garage warmped up and did a few overhead squats (for the first time ever) I suck at them lol. My max at the moment is 110lbs. Ill try again later tonight though.

    Some great lifting in here - nice work, man! I just saw your deadlift video, too... I have to say, getting close to BW pressed overhead is awesome. From the strength in your milly video, I'd say you're not far from 1.5xbw!

    Don't ask for a lighter load. Ask for a stronger back.

    Dumbbell Snatch + Press


    Upped the worlkload on the snatch and presses felt great! man I was pumped this morning. (well iwas listening to Lordi and Alterbridge. awesome!

    6r, 3l x 66
    3r, 1l x 70 (PR)! never been able to left handed press 70 before!
    1r, 0l x 79 (PR!!) **** YES! I was so pumped after getting the 70 up with my left hand, thay I just thought **** it, and stuck 9lbs extra on and tried it! I got it with my right. Didnt even attempt with my left. hense would have died.
    I was still pumped after this and i went for a ludicrously ambitous snatch and press of 84lbs with my right hand. Didnt get it lol. I managed to nudg eit back up after the snatch tho.

    OH Squats Rele wanted to get higher than 110, so i through them in here.

    1 x 132lbs PR **** YES!! ( a little wobbly but i managed it!) Surprised my shoulders were co-operating after those draining snatch and presses. Probs to Sensei for the tip of pulling the bar apart when its overhead. Really helped alot! Hopefully will get to a BW OH Squat soon enough!

    Wow, really felt good doing sldl's. Was strange though, that normal deadlfits for me it feels more comfy with mixed grip, but SLDL's felt more comfy with double overhand. Anybody else find this? anyway.

    Im sure ill begin to like them at some point, Its just that I cant seem to get the form right with them., and plus the ggrevation of hitting my calves.

    Stumprrp - Cheers man. Its great to be getting stronger and still be the same weight. I like having a high lift to bodyweight ratio. Hopefully I can keep the same ratio when my bodyweight increases.

    K.Huger - Thanks man! Yer im really chuffed to bits with it! Now its the road to a 1.5 x BW Mil Press. (which would currently be 231lbs) I will get it!

    *weight cleaned up for start of every set*

    Felt good with the push presses. Rememberd to lock them out this time. Shoulder will thank me for it.

    DB Pull Togethors

    *warm up with 20 press ups*

    *start in press up position on dumbell each hand, slowly move arms outwards to the side, so nose few centimetres from floor. Return to starting position* these burn!

    x 4 After this set, my chest was screaming at me. Try do these. They work, chest, shoulder, everything in upper body. great core builder!
