My routine is there is no routine! lol.
I do what I feel benefits my body best. I like to change things around in my workout, to stop me from resenting working out, which I would truley hate to be the case.

Great work! You're moving some serious weight.

Don't ask for a lighter load. Ask for a stronger back.

Okay, Im officially a ******! lol. All set to do some pumpin this morning in my garage, and Ive lost my garage key. No diea where the **** its gone lol.And havnt got a spare in the house. So hmm that cud be a problem. So I had to just manage with bodyweight stuff again! Damit! lol. Had a super 10 minute workout nonetheless. i did a Crossfit/WOD type thing.

    Workout

    Time Limit: 10 Minutes
Exercises: Press ups and Squats (as many as possible in the time limit)

    Round 1: 50 press ups, 50 squats
    Round 2: 15 press ups, 50 squats
    Round 3: 15 press ups, 30 squats
    Round 4: 15 press ups, 30 squats
    Round 5: 15 press ups, 30 squats.
Total: 110 press ups, 190 squats.
Overall Total: 300 Points. (gotta beat this next time)

Damn (Quads really burning after this Workout! can hardly work. (oh ****! ive gotta bike it to my gf's in about 20 minutes!)
This was a really fun workout too! I might include these more, because I love competing with myself!
(im quite pleased with the first round of the workout. I did 50 pres ups in 40 seconds.) My best in a minute is 72. But I will never get that again lol. Hmm 110 press ups in 10 minutes. I wreckon thats alrite.

Sounds super to just go in and do whatever, whenever...sooner or later though you will still have to be structured or use a basic guideline. Meanwhile, great way to go about it dude, being real spontaneous and all. Sweet rounds.

Its Mike And what is yours?

Cocoa - Cheers man, and yes Its good for a change up in workouts, but as soon as I get all my proper kit togethor, I will be sticking to a pretty solid routine. Once i get my Rack and Bench, things will start to go very serious indeed, and especially as I will be joining the British Powerlfiting Congress in the coming months!
I really need to start on squats and get back into the swing of Bench pressing, and also get a max deadlift. Its not fair! lol.
