    Did not workout last night (Tuesday) Wanted to be with Hanny. will be with her tonight also, so I will probably be training on Thursday! But i have been thinking, why not have the whole week off, just to give my muscles total rest, and then hit the weights real hard on saturday or Sunday.

    Damn man engaged at 16, how long have you been together? I really do wish you the best and all but before you set a date i suggest you reallllllllly think about what your doing. I've been with my woman for almost 3 years now.. and it gets stagnant especially at our age man. Your still young... so many hot european girls... whyyyyy?

    guys i understand that u think were too young, but We both are seriousley ready for the next step, and we have thought about it loads before i proposed! i really cant imagine being with anyone else and neither can she. We've been togethor 1 year and nearly 1 month.And been through the most tough times you can think of! Its not just the fact that we love each other. We are best friends, and share everything with one another, and are always there for each other. Its just amazing to be quite honest! You're all invited to the wedding by the way hehe (whenever we decide to have it).

    Thats whack, I barely ever have converstaitions with females and your gonna get married??

    Best of luck like the rest have said, but 16 would be WAY to young for me. At this point I wouldnt bet the house on me getting married at all, but I wouldn't have done it that early.. I wouldnt do it now at 19 and probably wouldnt consider it for atleast another 5-7 years.


    Nice strength for a 16 year old though, for some reason I thought you were older..

    Well, i think i ame older, cuz im a hairy faced ****er lol. I had a beard when i was 13, and sometimes ive been estimated at 25 years old! I dont think i act much like a 16 year old. sometimes but ive been brought up more mature than most people.

    Thursday 8th June 2006

    Finally. A workout!!! hehe. Im back from my week of rest!! And going into my workout i felt pretty damn good aswell! foot pain has gone. The slight back pain when i do mil presses has gone when i did them tonight. Its all great stuff here!
    Really bad headache now though. Im thinking that i wasnt breathing properly with the deads. Probs too much adrenaline wanting to pump the weight. Oh man its rele hurting! lol. Just gotta remember to push those breaths out.

    *All lifts from now on are Raw* The bar was actually warm tonight! incredible. so from now on its no gloves and no chalk. Just bare hands. felt good too!

    Okay then. Ive finally managed to add 4kg to my barbell! hehe. So now its up to a lovely 94kg (207lbs). I had to use different weight discs though, and i have to rele scew them onto the ends of the barbell or they keep fallling off . Oh well. good workout this evening! ****ing roasting in the heat!!

    *I felt like doing some straight weight stuff today. No upping of weight, just keeping the same weight, for sets and as many reps as possible. I think It was a good mix up!* Its great lifting over 200lbs on the barbell! hehe.

    Stumprrp - Cheers dude! And no i didnt buy more plates, i used some sand filled plates i had from some other dumbells i had. (they didnt fit on the bar properly so i had to really squeeze them on, so they acted as my collars )
