KingW - Cheers Yer Ive got a lil bruise from the barbell at the bottom of my neck, lower traps. Ill be fine tho. Im not a wuss. If i can handle deadlifitng with ripped open palms, i can definatley manage a little bruising to the lower neck/upper lat area.
