    Can't believe I was more pleased with my bench than that 130kg triple on squat! lol.

    Only really just taken that triple in, which I am very happy with too!

    So yeah I didn't get back in the gym after 29.12.13 so obviously haven't hit any other targets, so I'll just put some new max targets down below to hit by end of January 2014 instead! (Should be back to proper routine from tomorrow onwards, as gym is closed today!)

    Good stuff mate. It's good to take a step back with the weights sometimes isn't it. I'm finding sessions to be much more productive by cycling the weights/intensity recently too.

    Kong Thank you as well. I do agree with you. And going back with weight makes you feel more comfortable. 1 step forward and two steps back seems to work for me in improving strength.

    Hahaha... Bench Monday! Nice way to get round it though... I don't like squatting with DBs by my side as I squat with a wider stance; how do you find it?
