    Is This Overtraining?

I just started to use wbb1 for a day. That routine gives you a set of exercises to do, for example:

Day 1 : Chest and Back
    Chest
    Flat Barbell Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Low Incline Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Dips : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Back
    Chin ups : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps

I do the day 1 routine like 3 times a day or sometimes 4, I still take a rest day, but i tend to do more than it saids. I was just wondering if that is overtraining, i just want to see fast result.

Here is what i do on day one:

    Chest
    Flat Barbell Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Low Incline Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Dips : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Back
    Chin ups : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps

    couple of hours later

    Chest
    Flat Barbell Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Low Incline Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Dips : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Back
    Chin ups : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps

    couple of hours later

    Chest
    Flat Barbell Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Low Incline Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Dips : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Back
    Chin ups : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps

    couple of hours later

    Chest
    Flat Barbell Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Low Incline Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Dips : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Back
    Chin ups : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
    Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps

    Yes!!!

You should only be spending about an hour in the gym per DAY (for weights that is). You could try going every other day to squeeze an extra workout in per week. Ultimately though, this kind of routine will burn you out!

Unfortunately results do not come quickly. You should eat well (this is just as important as your workouts), workout heavy in short sets to see good results and sleep lots. Try using the routine as provided for a few weeks and see how that goes.

You should use the spare time left over from working out less to make sure your diet is in check. Or nap. I like naps.

Why on earth would you workout 4 times a day? Ronnie Coleman doesn't even workout that much.

Actually.. I just watched Unbelievable the other day and I'm pretty sure he works out once a day... Not even for that long.
