Is cardio necessary for reducing visceral fat, or will diet alone be sufficient?
I read that your body can/will produce more fat cells when the fat cells you have are full (http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/Mis...isbodyfat.html under "But wait, there's more"). Is there an approximate bodyfat range at which this generally occurs, or is it completely different for everyone? I mainly would like to know at what bodyfat I should stop bulking and start cutting.
