Stiff leg deadlifts:425x10,445x7,465x4
Seated calf raise:180x10,180x8,180x7
Sets 2, 3, & 4 of front squats went up 2 reps from last week. I'm moving all sets up 10lbs next week. First time training calves in a month and a half(pretty sad).
