Hey I was hoping someone could help me out. I've been trying to change my diet and stuff to eat better to gain some mass. I've gained some but would like to gain more. I'm currently 6'1" 183. I want to get to 200. I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there about my size, or used to be about my size, and I was hoping if anyone could please post the kind of diet you have in terms of how many g of protein, carbs, how many calories, grams of fat, etc. It would take for me to get to my goal.
