The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

who are your favorite stand up Comedians

i love stand up comedy and watch it when ever i can to see anyone new coming up, who are some of yalls favs?

here are a few of mine in no particular order and reasons why

Chris Rock: hes like the new age Richard Pryor, in your face true controvesial comedy that attacks problems in society, and just sid spliting

Eddie Murphy: his only two stand ups ae hilarious and just down right funy ass hell

Richard Pryor: cause its richard pryor, just the man

Lewis Black: great political comment and hes always just pissed of at everything

Robin Williams: tremedous energy and wonderful ablibbed improvs in his shows

Dane Cook: almost like a new age robin williams

Dave Attell: vulgar and funny as ****

Jim Gaffigan: just random as hell

George Carlin: love his word play, its wonderful to listen to

Dave Chapple: just funy and can make so light of actual real problems

Bill Maher: anotherr funny smart man i like

Dennis Miller: the right side version of bill marher and just as smart with vocabulary that makes the normal being feel stupid, just dont let him call monday night football

jeff Dunham: best ventrilaquist out there with great characters and voices

The orginal kings of comedy: (D.L. Hughley, Cedric the Entertainer, Steve Harvey and Bernie Mac) all just funny as **** in ther own ways

The Blue Collar Comedians: (bill engvall, jeff foxworthy, ron white and larry the cable guy) its the opposite end of the spectrum from the original kings but just as funny

Sinbad: the funniest clean comic out there, can have you cracking up his entire show without being vulgar, yet still hilarious

these are some of my favorites

    Some you missed:
    Sam Kinison (the MAN!)
Andrew Dice Clay (so pathetic he was funny!)
    Harland Williams (the ultimate dork)
Sean Cullen (really I like his musical numbers more but he's pretty funny)
Maclean and Maclean (look up their '3 minute star wars' bit... still funny!)
Rick Mercer (doesn't do standup much anymore but he's Canada's answer to Dennis Miller and Bill Maher)

Robin Williams and Richard Pryor...I remember I used to listen to Richard Pryor with my friends when we were like 14years and we had never heard anybody talk like that and we laughed so hard.

Robbin Williams is the most underrated comedian ever, his early stuff is uniqe and funny.
A big thanks to all my friends in the USA, I am deeply grateful for your hospitality and kindness.

Dane Cook gets my vote. He did a monologue on SNL that was funny as hell. I've seen a few other stand up bits from him that had me rolling the entire time.
Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

Dane Cook is definetly on my list. my friends and i absolutely crack up at all of his stuff. I just saw jim gaffigans stand up on comedy central recently, f*ckin random but hilarious all the same. i even think some of carlos mencia's stuff is pretty funny although very vulgar and one-dimensional, i still laugh.

Dane Cook: quickly becoming very popular
Ralphie May: was on the show last comic standing, i find his work very funny
    Demitri Martian: very unique style
Carlos Mencia: very funny but not adviced if you do not want to hear racist jokes
Brain Regan: has a bunch of jokes relating to diet and exercise
My favortie would have to be Kevin James' stand up routine: Don't Sweat the Small Stuff

Dane cook. Kool aid man skit is great. Ooooooh yea, oooooh yea!

Danecook.com has a ton of video clips of him. Check out the Jimmy Kimmel one from 5/27/2005 where he comes on and acts like Tom Cruise on Oprah, he bites the hell out of nelly.

    In no particular order:
Carlos Mencia: like his energy and how everyone just lets him make fun of everyone... including handicapped kids.
Dane Cook: lots of energy also, a lot of the stuff he says is true and it makes it that much funnier. Sometimes I feel he trails off a little too much though.
Zach Galifinakis (sp?): LOL this guy is great, very low energy but very random and is very good at maintaining composure... you won't often see him break a smile. A pity he hasn't come out with more stuff though...
Eddie Griffen: hasn't done THAT much stand-up but I pretty much love everything this guy does.
Chris Tucker: another guy who hasn't done that much stand-up but his high-pitched voice coupled with his high energy just gets me cracking up.

Another one I've been checking out is Jimmy Carr. I don't get some of his jokes in his routine because I'm not English but you definitely have to be on your feet to catch his jokes.

and that's about it. I find it frustrating to find a comedian that can totally make me laugh.

Dane Cook - First guy to actually make me laugh real hard

Mitch Hedberg - Stupid but funny

Dave Chappelle - Has very funny moments but it's so damn annoying when black comedians start going on about "white people" and the police.

Russel Peters - From India or something but is a Canadian citizen, best in terms of racial jokes.

Carl Barron - I saw him live in just for laughs, probably my favorite comedian. The Aussies on this site are probably pretty familiar with him.
