i can really only do 1 heavy set of deadlifts (315x6) before i burnout and cant do anymore, is this a problem anyone else has? i tried to go to 325 today but i get very dizzy and had to stop after barely pulling the bar, and i knew i was done. anyone else get this problem
I used to have that problem. For me it was because of poor conditioning. Are you doing any sort of cardio? I would recommend some sort of HIIT. Sprinting intervals worked very good for me.
You might want to either reduce your weight or your reps. Think about your "heavy" sets of other lifts. Can you go more?
Plus on DL's I get a little woozy when I get up there in the weight.

I love that feeling, when I went heavy the other day things went blurry during my max out and I saw all these littly shinny flickers.
LMAO, I love that feeling too. I feel extremely strong when I get to that "seeing stars" stage when Im deadlifting or squating heavy.:evillaughOriginally Posted by KevinStarke
