my goal is to get bigger, cuz strength doesn't matter since nobody'd believe my stats unless i get bigger. i wanna be 150 by the end of may, and cut b4 my freshman year of college starts.
5:15a microwavable (good protein, but a lot of sodium)
7:30 nlarge, 3 scoops w/ milk, sometimes w/ 80g dextrose and creatine
12:35 nlarge 3 scoops w/milk
3:30 nlarge 3 scoops w/ milk
5:00 cmf protein, 3 scoops w/ milk
7:00 rice, chicken, beef, some veggies
9:00 nlarge 3 scoops, w/ milk
this is what i use right now, and i know some mistakes in it, such as only 2 natural food meals!
