I remember hearing from places that when people want to cut down they take increase amounts of potassium, and I heard it removes water from your cells and makes your muscle closer to your bone. And figured it'd look more ripped or something while getting in shape and taking maybe 5-6 grams of potassium a day. Because I know on the set of The Deer Hunter for Christopher Walken to achieve his look like he was a heroin addict, he ate nothing but bananas and rice. And I want that skinny hollowed out sort of look, while still maintaining my muscles on my body to show through. Any help appreciated, thanks.
