Please critique:My diet and exercise plan...
My current goal is to lose weight and improve my cardiovascular health.
Currently this has been my daily diet:
1 cup of whole bran grain cereal with skim milk,
1 cup of coffee No sugar.
2 Lipo 6 capsules, 1 multivitamin pill (centrum) and one veggie pill from GNC.
2 cups of water
On eggwhite veggie omelet
1 cup of coffe. No sugar
Salad with lettuce, onions, spinach, green peppers, red peppers, olive oil and grilled chicken breast.
1 diet pepsi.
2 cups of water.
1 Myoplex Deluxe (42 Grams of protein and 27 grams of nutrients).
Half hour of lifting heavy and at least 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise.
Half hour to 40 minutes on the bike.
Some days I switch to the elliptical instead of the bike.
2 cups of water.
Grilled chicken breast or salmon
With a green salad ( broccoli, lettuce, tomatoes, onions).
1 multivitamin pill (centrum) and one veggie pill from GNC.
1 Sugar free Gello or some peanuts.
This is basically how I have been eating every day.
Please let me know what you guys think of my diet and exercise plan.
I’ve doing this for about 3 to 4 months and I have come down abou 51Lbs.
My Goal like I describe it above is to lose another 30 to 40 lbs.
My height is 5’ 6”.
And my current weight is 235 lbs.

overall, the diet looks solid. I would try to get more protein and more fruit. Maybe mix some fruit in your shakes. Only 3 blueberries? Veggies look good. Maybe try to get more complex carbs. Good luck.
