    recovery period for muscles

    i usually workout mon wed fri.... my job has been ****ing up my workout sched. because i hafta stay later than i plan sometimes and on fridays im just so exhausted that i end up going saturday during the day instead... if i work out back and tris on saturday instead of friday occasionally, is this going to effect my gains since im working out my chest and bis on monday?
    food to the body is like fuel to a car...

    the more you use your car, the more often you need to put gas in it...

    the more you work your body, the more food you need to put into it...

    I don't see a big problem in that. That's still one day of rest.

    no your tri's and bi's will recover pretty quickly. If you see it start to effect you chest day then you should adjust your schedule. If its every once in a while it should be fine. You could also push all the days back (tuesday, thursday, saturday).
