    Wax on or wax off?

    Do any of you guys get rid of body hair? and whats the best way of doing so without getting spots and ingrowing hairs? Discuss
    Age: 21
    Location: England
    Weight: 180
    height: 6ft 2"
    BF: 14-18%

    Training for: 2.5 months

    Bench: 176lb
    Deadlift: 260lb

    Waxing lasts me about a month but sometimes I get a total breakout for the first couple of days.

    Since it's costly for me to do professionally, I take sugar + honey + lemon + a touch of molasses and lightly heat a batch of liquid in the oven as my "wax" (this is called sugaring). It's a bit tricky for me to get right temperature for the liquid but once you do, you can use old rags or muslin strips to remove your hair with. Expect to spend several hours if it's your first time. And again I'm usually good for 3-4 weeks with this.

    im gonna get my back , sack and crack waxed for free. I hear it reduces the amount you sweat.

    i work with a beautician student and she said she will do it for free, the drawback is that i will have to go to her college.

    she said they take you into cubicals and the teacher checks on them time to time. I got alot of fur to remove, especially off my back.

    I was my back, chest and abs. I just use wax strips that you buy from the super-market. If you DONT want to break out then have a shower and exfoliate your skin first with soap or use one of those fluffy meshy things you see in showers to go over the area. This reduces the amount of spots that come up. But if you do break out and get pimples and marks, dont worry, just cover them up for a week or two. this first time i did it i got pimples ALL over my chest, but they went away after a while.
