Calorie dense protein shakes are just a waste of money IMHO. As far as other supp's you'll get a huge spectrum of opinions on those kind of things here. ButI simply add calories to my protein shakes via canola oil, it's not the kind of oil that will hurt your heart, and its really cheap. 1 cup of canola oil has 1800 calories in it, thats what I call a bulking food.
