    Question about my body

    Ok Im trying to get a bigger on my chest and back but not really at my biceps and triceps

    So What would i do? do low reps with alot of weight for my chest and back and do like 10-12 reps for my biceps and triceps?

    I also want to bulk up my shoulders

    Squat, DL, GMs, Shrugs, BP and Press...
    Stay away from the smaller muscle isolation exercises...
    Your body will balance itself out in time...

    Lift Hard, Eat Right and Sleep Enough...
    Milk, Eggs, Meat, Nuts and Nitrean...
