Arms Like Limp Sausage
Sometimes when I do my wrist curls on my left side, my wrist gives out a rather unpleasant grinding/popping sound. This is normally followed by numbness with the occasional stab of pain. I haven't sustained any injuries since I've started lifting, and my wrist is fine when I'm not working out. Should I just take it when I'm doing curls on that side, or is there a different solution? I don't know too much about wrapping or braces, or if wrapping or braces are even used in working out.
So yeah, any ideas?
