    Crappy Pics of "Fighter"

    Hey guys, I'm not exactly sure what my weight is as of now. I took a few pics with my phone and thought I'd share. Let me know what yout hink.

    Edit: I just weighed, I'm at 225lbs standing 6'0

    Well how do you wanna look? you have a lot of muscle there. Maybe you should cut if your not satisfied with the way you look? You have a good amount of fat that you can get rid of and you will look way better.

    Looking huge imo. Looking a little bloated though. Chest seems to be a strong point. Can't really tell, but traps seem to be lagging a little.

    Well I am in the middle of a "bulk" . I will be doing a cut in about 4 weeks. I thought I'd just post my "fatty" pics. I just thought I looked pretty good. My goal weight is 230 solid. I'm 5'11.

    How much do you weigh now? You don't really look too fat. Your on a bulk though, what can you expect. Just a little bloated.

    Your looking much bigger mate dont sweat it. plus when i take pics i alwa\ys look different than when im looking in the same mirror. dnt forget your doing your first cycle and eating a hell of a lot. you will get some fat gains on this cycle and will be holding water asi dnt think your using arimdex are you. you knew you were starting your cycle at a little higher bf than recomended and i did the same. get as much muscle out of this as you can then cut. enjoy it

    You're looking great man. Just lose a bit of the mid-section (waist/stomach) fat, and you'll look even better. You have the body to easily lose and pack on the pounds. Gl.

    My bf is only 17.2%. I was 25% a year ago. I would like to be at 13% by the end of summer.

    I second this. It almost looks as if your lats would overpower your lower back though. There's a lot of muscle back there anyhow.

    Your on a bulk lasting for 2 months? Why so short?
    And your looking solid bro. Back is huge and thick along with your chest.

    i wouldnt worry about you feeling bad about these pics. (even though you look decent man!) you should take some time to take proper pictures get a friend or family member to take em for ya. Look for good lighting.

    Well I think I started around 19-20%. Last checked about 2 weeks ago it came up 17ish%. Everyday I can tell i'm leaning out. I've had my diet in key for about 5 weeks now. The first week was rough and did'nt eat right.

    Diet now looks like this

    Meal 1: 10 egg whites, 2 slices ww toast, 2 cups FF milk
    Meal 2: 2 egg whites, 1 cup cottage cheese
    Meal 3: 3 scoop ON whey, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 1/2 cup FF milk, 1 rice cake

    Looking good Snatch. You're going to look pretty damn big when you cut up and get that BF% down a little more.
    Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

    Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial
