16%-20% oh my. Darn it cause I was hoping to maintain 190 lbs at a very low bodyfat but I guess that is very unrealistic.
dont take my word for it bro, id wait for a few more replies first. The thing is u seem to have quite alot of muscle mass so id imagine once you get cutting you will be looking great. Similar weight i want to reach before i cut actually.

18-22% bf. Not too sure about you maintaining 190lbs at a low bf% If I were you, I would suggest striving for that low bf%, but imo you will lose more than 10lbs.

Keith it's just in my journal. It's not well detailed there but if you have any questions I will answer them.
Okay so my first pics were from May 9th. It's now June 3rd. I fiddled around at 3000 calories, but I found that this was too high so I moved to 2800 calories and still found this too high. So I went most of this period at 2600 calories. I weighed in at like 193 lbs.
Next 3 weeks will be at 2400 calories and 250+ grams of protein. I will be performing 4 days of cardio at 30 minutes. I will have one carbload day each week.

I wouldnt say that you've leaned out that much, but their is improvement. Another 20lbs should bring major changes to your physique.
hey dude, just my own opinion but I would personally have bulked for quite a while longer in order to fill out a lot more. though well done on maintaining the bulk and most importantly if you feel you are ready to cut i guess you should cut and good luck with it

I would really consider sticking to the bulking and get the size you are after in the long run And then go from there. Depends on what you are after thow I guess. Nice work so far!

I think after this cut I'm gonna go on more controlled bulks. I've gone on some that have really made me fat and I'm not into that these days. Who knows about the future though. Thanks for the input though guys. It is very appreciated.
just keep doing what your doing for a few more months. Dont rush yourself. Stick to your goal of leaning out for now you will be suprised how much fat you can loose still. You will probablly be satisfied when you hit around 180.
July 12 2006
I was 200 lbs on May 9th and am now about 186 lbs and it's July 12. So in about 8 weeks that is a loss of about 14 lbs. I'm sure some of that is muscle and I guess it's just a learning experience. This past two weeks I have been eating 2000 calories and 200 grams of protein. I will keep going until I lose everything and then slowly go on a bulking route.
