A guy who looks like he puts more time into his legs than his upper body. I can respect that. How long you been lifting, bro? See if you can do a slightly better chest shot (flexed, arms down), and arms. Hard to tell what you've got at those angles.

I've started lifting for football when I was about 14 years old. I have mostly strength and endurance trained though. I lost a lot of size last year b/c I took up boxing and my trainer did not want me to lift (I was weighing in around 160lbs). Now, I decided to bulk up and build muscle.

    did you shave ur legs?

I recommend more abs work which can make any physique look good.

work on upper chest: incline flys or press

    still making progress?

There's that ugly 'upper chest' thing again....

If you're going to recommend it, at least say "work for the pec minor."

Calves look great. The rest needs work, but don';t worry about it. Takes time. Keep at it.

Looking good bro. Agreed with what most people say. Chest needs work, back needs work, maybe delts too... arms and legs and calves looking good though.

You look closer to 150 then 175 by the way.

Your lower body is definitely your strong point right now. I think you have great potential to put on some serious mass.

Chest needs work.. and in my opinion your delts really need some work. Your traps are really making your delts look narrow. Good luck.

    Arms are only 15 1/4"

    Out of proportion, heh?

Heath and Reiner are the exception.

I've read that calves, biceps, and neck 'should be' about the same size.
