    Pull-throughs with straight legs.

    anyone done these in their routine?
    it's for lowerback and glutes.

    I do pull throughs.

    I bend my legs a little.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    I used to do pull-thrus but i had a bend in my legs to keep balance. Great excercise for the glutes

    i did them today for the first time. i used the rope and had a shoulder width stance, knees slightly bent. bent over and came back to a standing postion.

    is this correct?

    There are a bunch of variations, I like a wide stance just so i can keep balance so just do whats comfortable

    I use a wide stance with a bend in the knees for balance also.
