Should I be using low weights high reps or high weights low reps, when I do wrist curls?

Wrist curls = ace
I would say use a rep range of 6-15. Excessively high reps aren't necessary. Check out monstarr's or my ()routine to see some good grip workouts.
Milk.... it does the body good.
Wrist curls are great. The reps range should be relative high I think. I mean I have had best results with a higher rep range with a partner. My partner helps me get around 5-10 extra reps after I cant even move my hands anymore.
