Wrist curls high reps or low reps

Should I be using low weights high reps or high weights low reps, when I do wrist curls?

Try plates pinches or thor's hammer. Captains of Crush hand gripper's are AWESOME!!! Go to www.ironmind.com to get them, they rock!

    Wrist curls = ace

I would say use a rep range of 6-15. Excessively high reps aren't necessary. Check out monstarr's or my ()routine to see some good grip workouts.

Wrist curls are great. The reps range should be relative high I think. I mean I have had best results with a higher rep range with a partner. My partner helps me get around 5-10 extra reps after I cant even move my hands anymore.
