    hey guys i train at home and cant do dips any other workout to compete with the power of the dip?!!!

    close grip bench press/skull crushesetc all tricep exercises but dips are a very good exercise in my opinion. how about putting to chairs together your legs on one hands on the other and dip. put weight on knees if needed.

    deadlift - new pr on the 23/12/06 190 kilo (430 pound)
    squat - 264 ATF


    200 pound at 10% bf by next summer

    I also train at home, do dips between a chair and my bench.
    Do you have anyone to hold the chair?
    Height 6ft 1"

    good idea.. i never thought of using chairs!

    Body Fat around 12%
    Biceps: 14.5"
    Chest: 38"

    Bench Press: 225 x 10 reps and 275 pounds x 1 rep
    Deadlift: 405 pounds x 1 rep
    Squat: 335 pounds x 3 reps

    You can do dips anywhere man. Go to the park and do it in the jungle gym, or take two desks and put them close to eachother.

    Decline bench cloesly resembles dips, if you can do those.
