Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
I was doing deadlifts today and I was on my 3rd set doing 295 lbs. On the 3rd rep I pulled something in my lower back and it hurts pretty bad. Have any of you had this happen? How long did it take to get better?
