on Squats, Bench , and Deadlifts?
I mean if I'm adding 10 pounds to the bench press should I be dissapointed if I can't do a 5x5 each week? What was everyone's newbie gains?
Different for each person. I think I'm still milking mine... and most of my compounds have doubled (or nearly tripled).
Just lift as hard as you can. If that's 10 pounds on your bench in a week, great... if it's 10 pounds in a month then that's great too. A gain is a gain.
