    Does HIIT burn fat, or blood sugar?

    I read it burns blood sugar, but I need to burn fat.

    Everything burns blood sugar

    You burn fat all day, if you eat less calories then you consume you will burn fat.
    If you're curious about getting up to thermogenesis (fat burning) heartrate, simply feel your fat, if it gets cold while your working out then you are burning fat.
