    deads at the gym today

    i was feelin real good on the deads tday.

    Height:6'2 6'3

    did 3 sets of 5 at three plates (315 pounds)
    4th set 3 times with 3 plates and a 25 (365)
    then for my last set did one at 4 plates (405)

    just started deadlifting last week after a loooooong ass break, like a year and even then i didnt really do deads that much. im doin some powerlifting this summer and judging from wut the guys at the gym who know wut theyre talkin about im gonna be a pretty good contender.peace

    it was awesome lifting with you today rob, those deadlifts were good stuff

    after 4 attemts at 405, this powerlifter (whos a chick) yells from actross the gym "QUIT BEING A PUSSY AND LIFT THAT ****". rob goes "ARRRRG" and pulled it like it was a warmup.
