    does anyone eat any whole wheat cereals? i think regular cheerios is whole wheat, with a decent amount of carbs per serving...just wondering, because oatmeal is getting way old....

    if you do, which cereals do you eat? thanks..

    ALL BRAN!
    I love this stuff. 14 grams of fiber plus ten other carbs.

    after seeing budiak's comment about liquid creatine i've lost total respect for him, but i can't argue about all bran. if you can stomach the taste, it's great for you. personally if you're going along the lines of fiber, i think fiber one is a much better tasting cereal. my personal favorites are products from quaker like quaker oat squares or life cereal.

    If you wanna go the dairy route, you can sprinkle or mix (if you think you're too manly to use the word sprinkle) all bran into your yogurt to make it taste a bit better.

    I eat muslei everyday. It's got bran, so there's fibre.
    It has nuts so there's good fat. And it is good for carbs. Excellent meal material I think.
