    Find out maintenance calories

    Hi, do you guys know any other faster ways in finding out your maintenance calories? Or a way to shoot me a faster way so I can start to try to find out? lol, did I lose u guys? I'm a bit tired, sorry for the ******ed wording, thanks in advance!

    weight 202 - (bf around 14%)
    PR's
    Bench - 286
    deadlift - new pr on the 23/12/06 190 kilo (430 pound)
    squat - 264 ATF

    Goals

    200 pound at 10% bf by next summer

    No no no, theirs no need for formulas. search. to find your maintanance cals you need to eat a certain amount of cals say 2500 for a week. see if you gain or loose weight. adjust the cals up or down until you dont gain or loose weight. this is your maintanance cals. please search next time

    Yes, I've read this, but I wanted to know if there was a formula that was pretty accurate.

    I think if you go 25 times your current body weight.
