    Biceps

    What is everyone's most effective excersize for building biceps???

    Any heavy pulling exercises are great. I've also found heavy hammer curls and different pullup variations to be great, no need to go curl crazy.

    yeh i do curls...but wanted some other excersizes to help me...I'm doin seated rows too dunno if that works any parts. I know the biceps take awhile to develop but i wanted some nice ones for the beach, lol.

    do triceps mate to grow your arms!

    i do me DB Preachers and the work it great for me!

    Hammers are great as well! work the bicep to the forearm

    Do you use a spotter to help you with the weight on the way up?

    I usually go with heavy standing Barbell curls, or preacher curls, which are very strict. But heavy pulls are a must.

    Unfortuantly no, i train on me own. Sometimes i do have a spot if he is in the gym, but normally have my first set strict 2nd strict and then 1 set cheat but no spot.

    i like kickbacks but i feel my form is always sh*te so kinda stay away from em, but good exercise IMO

    no i don't do kickbacks...i work my triceps and bi's on opposite days. tri's on chest/core day and bi's on leg days 4 times a week(2 bi's and 2 tri's). I guess it balances out.

    Lots of good pulling exercises then do chins, barbell/ez bar curls, hammer curls or reverse curls.
