The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Chins are my favorite, as well as any compound back exercise (BB rows, especially). Weighted chins, if you can handle it. I do 3 sets of BB curls at the end of the week to round it out, but it's probably not even necessary.

Somebody here the other day suggested cheating on your chins on the way up (ie, jump up), and just focus on the negative on the way down, then repeat. I did those the other day and it felt really good.
