Until about 2 weeks ago, I was on a 6 week bulk. I learned a lot from that one:much more carb much less fat to make my body grow. I still happened to have gained ~5-6 lbs of LBM abd 5-6 lbs of fat in those 6 weeks.
Since I have always been lean, I hated my small love handles and I missed my abs. Curing those 6 weeks I went from about 12% to 15%
In the last 2 weeks, me being the amazine ectomorph I am, I was able to bring myself down from 15% to 12-13%. Maybe you can guy guess better what I am.
My question is, do you guys think I should cut a little more, maybe 9-11%, before I go on my long bulk? Judging from what I learned from my last bulk, I THINK I can gain 2lbs of LBM with only 1 lbs of fat this time.
My goal is 10lbs of muscle by the last week of August.
Any comments, questions, advice, or words of wisdom?
