    battle of the accessory lifts

ok, general curiosity question. who can curl, dip, pullup/chin, and any other accessory lift that no one cares about the most

    i can curl 115 x 4 (standing ez bar)
    tricep extension (overhead dumbbell) 95x6
    shoulder raises 40x7 (dumbbells)
    flys 40x6

    everything else is embarrassing

to me, anything thats not big 3 is an accessory or supporting work. i still do em of course, but i just dont consider it a major lift (though chins and pullups are damn close)
