Here's a summary of what occured this year:
I started bulking in September of 05, but I didn't really start seeing significant gains until I started taking a protein supplement (and adding 1000 calories of canola oil to each shake once a day), and I significantly cut back the amount of running I did.
I got up to 160 pounds, dropped a little weight before spring break, worked slowly on my strength until the end of the school year (ate around maintenence), and then started a slow cut about 3 weeks ago. I've lost about 2 pounds since I started cutting, as I really want to protect LBM.
