    Video of one arm dumbell snatch (130lbs) failed. Rotator cuff snap... (not me)

    well, that looked like it hurt like hell. With 130lbs. aint gonna happen man. He looked like he was in quite serious pain.

    When someone posted that other vid of the dumbell snatch I was gonna say that looks like a great way to injure yourself.
    My brother and I were brutal. I once chased him around the house with a spoon that I put on the burner. I burned that little pricks leg. -sharkall2003

    The moral of the story is that should not try to muscle up an olympic lift.

    And this is exactly why you should never do olympic lifts with straps.

    The main reason that olympic lifts are "safe" is the fact that you can drop the bar at any point.

    man i just watched this again! holy crap it hurts! lol
    I snatched a 92lb dumbell the other day, but i couldnt imagine snatching a 130lb dumbell. Its crazy! I know i will get upto 130 one day, but christ it looked like that guy hadnt been working upto 130lbs,looked like he just tried it out of the blue.

    Didn't see anything wrong with his 300 push press. The 130 snatch should have been ditched as soon as he noticed it wasn't locked out in one motion. He also didn't jump soon enough on the snatch, not explosive enough.
