    the smaller bloke is very impressive on that bar. Some of the stuff he does like the running man shows real good body to weight strength.

    "The running man" appears to have potential in tearing the rotator cuff. Also, a certain word is used which may or may not be work safe.

    i wasnt posting it for form or anything. i just thought body to weight ratio strength on that guy was impressive as well as balance. holding himself up and moving side to side was very good i thought

    yer some great bodyweight strength there!
    but Cant stand they way there talking man! lol. Oh well, im over it.
    Its nice to see some people can do what i can do
    they didnt throw in any one arm pullups tho

    whats the point? those exercises wont give you anything usefull.

    Chin up and pull ups are both very very good exercizes if you can perform them.
