    ??? Can anyone help me with a weightless workout ???

    Yeah right now i dont have access to weights usually i do but not right now.. Im sure you guys/girls have been there before.. I just need some help putting together a good workout with out weights..

    I have:

    Heavy bag
    Treadmill
    lots of floor haha

    that is about it for the next month or so..

    any suggestions would help thx

    go to the park

    use the monkey bars,do chinups,pushups, lunges,jumping jacks,drag things,pull things,drag your heavy bag so much you can do,run up and down stairs etc.....

    do dips on the bars on ur treadmill(if they seem strong enough) do pullups on a door or something, bench press tables(good for stabilizers)

    yer Plyo's are awesome!

    You cud do hansdtand push ups to work your shoulders, bicep push ups, tricep push ups, lying flat with limbs stretched out push ups.
    The possibilites are endless!!

    if the heavy bag is at least 80lbs (or 100 lbs is better), put it on a shoulder and do SLOW squats with it (a few per side) and do a few sets of these. Put it on your shoulder and do a duck walk (farmers walk in a low squat)....

    That'll stress the heck out of your legs....

    The jumps are very good, you can also try walking lunges with the bag on your back, pushups with the bag on your back, etc. If the bag is too heavy then you can use books or other heavy objects to stack on yourself.

    one arm pushups.. one leg squats..
    Tabata anything..
    Isometrics...
    Static Holds - squats, pushups, etc..
    Sprints

    Put weight in ur back pack and go up many steps, but on every second step

    dont forget:

    brief case curls,

    bed dead lifts

    Fridge, or table bench presses

    TV- sholder presses
