    reverse grip military press

    anyone tried these? man do they suck....

    i heard of arnold db presses where the rom going down = your palms facing you and rom while pushing up = palms away. but never a bb movement

    never tried it, but seems like it would put the wrists in an awkward posistion.

    yer ive done reverse grip mil presses. Just feels weird and probably isnt doing teh wrists much good.

    it does feel weird, but i just felt like trying it today with a BB, its pretty hard.

    Did u take the barbell from a rack or did u bicep curl the weight up? lol

    Edit: Been looking at your sig huskie. How come your push press PR is lower than your mil press PR. Id of thought ur push pressing would be higher.

    i couldnt tell ya. im weird

    i did 155x4 on push press
    its probably because my ROM on push presses is alot higher then when im doing seated military presses. when i do those, my arms go to just lower then 90 degrees. with push presses its from my sternum to lockout then back down.

    Yer, it probably is because your mil presses were seated. i didnt take that into consideration.
    I think seated mil pres or (seated shoulder press) takes a lot of stress off the stabilising msucles so allows you to push more weight overhead. (i wud imagine) Nice lifts anyhow
