    How many days a week

How many days you go to the gym by week? Curious about how much people go there. I go 6 days a week to the gym.

I go 4 times a week. My workout is about 1-1.5 hours long.

That way I fit every muscle in per week...and still have 3 days of rest.

i think you may be over training here. you are hitting biceps 3 times a week. triceps 2 times and abs 6!! also your pretty much hitting shoulders 3 days in a row thats way too much IMO

Legs only once, but bis 3x, tris twice, all that shoulder work in a row, abs 6 times... your priorities need a little adjusting, my friend.

What you mean by adjusting? anyway...I sometimes make one muscle by day, to not overtrain too much.

Well, you're only doing ONE leg day, but a LOT of arm days. Don'tcha think your legs might be able to handle more work than one day a week?
