The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Take cover man. Built is on her way with her guns loaded. She's on a mission to assassinate the word toning and the person using it. Really though, there is no such thing as toning. There is however "definition". To acquire "definition" you need to lower your body fat. The more muscle you have, the less body fat you have to lose to see "definition". It's all about heavy lifting and proper dieting along with sleep. I would recommend you look at "WBB1" or "Baby's Got Back". Both are good routines.

Oh cool, I have been wanting to ask this very same question but I was afraid of getting flamed. Just ignore Built, she's really hard core...

I always point people to:http://www.elitefts.com/articles/Cur...es/default.asp. It's like the best site for toning and stuff.
Read everything you can there, I think you'll benefit a lot from it.
