    Most people think I'm about 20lb lighter than I am. I'm just over 200lbs, but a lot of it is in my legs and squatters ass.

    I hate you guys. I am so happy that everyone says "Wow, Allen, you look great." That's when I am 12% at 200 lbs. Then I come on here and everyone is like 12-15% at 200-240. Damnit.

    Anyways, I am usually told that I look about 190 lbs and I go 200.
    5'11.75
    249lbs cutting to 220lbs
    Bench: 250
    Deadlift: 435
    Squat: 350
    OHP: 190
