The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Slight Cracking sound near sternum area...

I havnt mentioned this but for the past few weeks whilst ive being doing my Mil Presses ive been expereincing a very strange clicking soung when doing them.
It only occurs when I push up a very heavy load, 90% to 100% max. I push it over, head and then just at the top of the ROM, I hear a sound which clicks, just once, in my sternum area. Im not sure what it could be. And whether its serious or not. It is not painful, and does not feel uncomfrtable (touches wood).

Any ideas on why this is occuring?
    Cheers guys.

If it doesn't hurt - then I highly doubt it's serious or worth worrying about - That area of my body cracks often when I lean back in my chair.

The center of my chest needs a crack almost every day, since I started lifting. It's strange..lol If I don't do it, it can be sorta uncomfortable, with the pressure I feel there.

Yer, same here. Its interesting as to why it needs to be cracked tho, and why thre is pressure there. Maybe its air bubbles? but i dunno. Well asl ong is it aint hurting me, then im ok with it.

Its probably cracking where the clavicle meets the sternum. Its a joint just like anyother one in the body. i here a crack now and then, no pain then its not a big deal.

My back cracks when I do heavy leg pressed (6PPS+) at the bottom of the ROM. Feels good though, very good.
