    MY MUSCLES DEPLETE?

    Okay, I hate to say it, but I ADMIT I have a poor eating habit.

    The deal is--during the week I have morning classes. Okay, I eat before I go to class like around 8:30 am. I eat oatmeal, my whey protein shake (includes OJ, water, banana, carrots, and honey) and sometimes if I can fit it in either pancakes or a turkey and egg sandwich.

    The situation is I don't get to eat my next meal until 1 or 2 pm. And my stomach is churning (well talking back) at this point. Now, if I were to eat 5 to 6 meals a day (later on in the day) but go through these episodes in the first part of the day, am I doing wasting my time because of the long break between meals?

    And I know, I know--if you really want to be big, you will put in the your schedule regardless. But let me know if I do eat 5 to 6 meals but later on in the day with this episode of hunger occuring? Is this good?

    Why such the long breaks ??? Why not have a big breakfast .... say .... 7 eggs scrambled (7 whites, 2 yokes) .... oats and a banana and take your protein shake in a container with you to class. Surly you can put it on the floor then drink it a couple of hours later ???
