Is it true that you should do cardio in the morning?
The link below has a small blurb about doing cardio before breakfast because that is when glycogen levels are at their lowest (thus more fat is burned instead of glycogen from muscles).
Yes IMO in a morning is the most productive for fat burning. But this has been debaited over and over.

Morning exercise = earlier jumpstart of metablolism, which = more calories burned throughout day. Also I believe you are right about burning fat initially since you've "fasted" all night
