hey im going on holidays (or vacation as you yanks call it) :P
and have no access to a gym thats not rediculously priced for a casual to walk into.
Im in the process of a bulk (well supposed to be, running out of money quickly for food)
any thoughts on how I could train for 3 weeks?
I was considering doing pushups, situps, and maybe some sort of core strengthening exercise.
any advice greatly appreciated
