going on holidays and no access to gym!

hey im going on holidays (or vacation as you yanks call it) :P
and have no access to a gym thats not rediculously priced for a casual to walk into.
Im in the process of a bulk (well supposed to be, running out of money quickly for food)
any thoughts on how I could train for 3 weeks?
I was considering doing pushups, situps, and maybe some sort of core strengthening exercise.
    any advice greatly appreciated
    cheers

I'm going to Turkey for 2 weeks in July, i'll miss not working out but I need the rest and will come back much stronger for it. The way I look at it another 3 weeks of intensive training and then a nice break in the sun.

    Enjoy the rest!

I posted this in a journal, but you could use it as well:

"As punishment, you will do 3 rounds of Bottom to Bottom Tabata Squats every morning. Argue and I'll bump it up to 5 rounds.

To clarify, do 20 seconds of work (as many reps as you can in 20 seconds) followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat this 8 times. The "bottom to bottom" means that you stay in the lower squat position during your 10 seconds of rest. If you want to to make this more fun, turn it into a thruster by using your suitcase.

You could also do burpees, handstands, pushups, situps, sprints, jumping jacks, shrimping drills, carousels (these suck), wall sits, etc."

Dude, fer chrissakes enjoy your vacation. In the grand scheme of things 3 weeks out of your life won't mean sh!t.

Come back 3 weeks from now and tell us how energized you are to hit the weights full bore and resume your bulk.

Eat a lot of protein in your off time if you can, you'll be fine. When you return to the gym you'll be feeling better than ever. It'll also be a little easier to shock your body as well.
