Tiny 18yr looking for good routine to bulk up

Hello Im 18yrs old 5',3", 108 pounds. Ive been going to the gym now for about a month, and have seen slight gains. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a routine to help me gain strength, as much as possible. Im really sick of being the smallest person in my age group, can anyone help?

Im assuming you have really fast metabolism and find it hard to put on weight. If so you should try some mass gain supplements.

Trust me, your number one priority is to consume a ****load of GOOD clean calories.

Lift to where you reach failure in a 6-8 rep range. Lifting hard will help with the muscle, but the thing that will make the biggest difference when it comes to bulking is your diet. The basics are to consume a lot of food; since you only weigh 108, a LOT of food.

There are plenty of articles about this so go search around. Have fun and get educated! Good luck!
