Every 80's music cd MUST have some Journey on it. Its the law.
Face it: biceps are the muscle that classifies you as a muscle man.

Striding across the fields, carrying a vorpal blade, cometh Clawhammer! And he gives a bloodthirsty bellow:

A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

Here is a 7 disc 80's box set. I'm sure you can find a lot of stuff to fit your CD:

My favorite 80's tune (not sure if it's on the compilation I linked above):

    I love the 80's.

One of my favorite that I do not see listed is "You're the best" from the Karate Kid soundtrack.
Other songs that I quickly see in my mp3s:
Scorpion - Rock you like a hurricane
ABBA - Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!, Summer Night City
Accept - Balls To The Wall
Cutting Crew - I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight
Men without hats - The safety dance
New Order - Bizarre Love Triangle, True Faith
Van Halen - Ain't talking 'bout love, And the cradle will rock, Running with the devil, and many others
    The Clash - Tainted Love
Dexys Midnight Runners - Come on Eileen
