My ears plug and my hearing starts to pulsate, and head fells stuffy durring an intence workout. What is causing this. I eat a little one hour prior to workout.

Um...maybe you're exerting yourself too much. What does your training routine look like? Your diet?

Perhaps you should see a doc.

Do you have low blood pressure?

Make sure your breathing right during every rep, you probably know this already, but you might be forgetting sometimes during your set and just thinking about lifting the weight and not focusing on breathing.

I am breathing. One thing I concentrate on is form. My diet may be something I need to adjust. I have glucose intolerence. so my fasting glucose is always high. Exercise brings it down fast. Mabey I need to do a split routine. Half an hour, then eat, digest, and do a second workout. I just wonderd if anyone else has ever had this sensation. It is sort of like nerve shock. It goes away ten minutes after stoping exercise. Because of my funny matabolism, I am able to get into fat burning mode and sustain off of that. Mabey I could take some lactate suplimate or eat a banana or something.. Any sugestions....

Yeah I get that sometimes. I never asked a doctor about it or anything, but as long as no blood is coming out of any orifices it's probably fine.
